Starting November 1, 2020, all pending orders will be auto-confirmed after 10 days the order was sent via Mini App.
We came to the decision of implementing this policy and feature due to abnormal platform usage of some Merchants where orders that are pending were not being updated accordingly. The platform only bills convenience fees for orders that are confirmed (Pending -> For Delivery).
To avoid confirming unwanted orders, you may use the "Cancel" feature on our Order Manager.
The Auto-Confirmation of Pending Orders is only applicable to Free-tier Plans and NOT with Enterprise-tier Plans.
