We've noticed that some of our merchants are unable to Sign In with Facebook in our log in page.
Our developers are already investigating on this matter to expedite the fix. In the mean time, you may log in your ChatGenie Dashboard by following these steps:
1. From the ChatGenie log in page, click "Forgot Password?"
2. Type in the email address you are using for your Facebook account (connected to your Facebook Business Page and/or to your ChatGenie account).
3. Check your email for a notification about your request for a change of password.
Upon clicking "Click Here" you will be prompted to change your password.
Once you've created your password, you can use the Sign in function using your email address and the newly created password to access your ChatGenie Dashboard.
