How to sell Digital Products in ChatGenie

To sell digital products such as vouchers, e-gift certificates, tickets, or game credits is very simple.

Simply select the Digital Product type when creating a new product as shown below:

Since there is no shipping involved in selling digital products, orders can be fulfilled in a number of ways, through email, chat, or text. Customer Data like email or phone number will be collected on the checkout form like a regular order.
