One big feature of ChatGenie is being able to broadcast messages to your customers.
This allows merchants to engage with their community and promote their mini-app may it be for promos or discounts or just for the purpose of keeping up with your customers.
To use the Broadcast feature, simply navigate to Marketing Tools > Broadcast section in the dashboard.
There are two Message types for Broadcast: Message and One-Time Notification:
The Message Broadcasts allows merchants to send a one-time message to their customers while a One -Time Notification lets the merchant send a follow-up text after a delay.
How to send a Message Broadcast:
1. Create a new broadcast by clicking on the Add button.

The message of your Broadcast Notification entry (Limited to 2,000 characters)

Recipient List (You may use a Customer Segment as a recipient list here. See Customer Segment Manager)

Broadcast Date (You can schedule at a later time)
4. To send the Broadcast Notification "Now", click the "Send" button on the Broadcast Notification entry that you want to send.
